Relating to build, manage and operate the National Portal on personal data protection according to Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection issued by the Government dated on April 17, 2023 and came into force on July 01, 2023 (Hereinafter referred to as “Decree 13”), up to now, the Department of Cyber​​security and Hi-tech Crime Prevention – Ministry of Public Security has officially published the the National Portal on personal data protection – creating a basis for the company to declare the dossier about the personal data protection activities.
