1.  On April 17, 2023, the Government issued Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection and came intoforce on July 01, 2023 (Hereinafter referred to as “Decree 13”).     (iv)  Drafting a written Regulation on Processing Personal Data, including:

              (a)   Decision of issuing Regulation on processing personal data;

              (b)   Regulation on processing personal data.

    (v)   Drafting a written Assignment Decision (Internal) On Department/Personnel in Charge 0f Data Protection;

   (vi)   Drafting a written Dossier on Transferring Personal Data Outbound as follows:

             (a)   Notice form about sending Dossier on transferring personal data outbound;

             (b)   Dossier on transferring personal data outbound;

             (c)    Appendix of Dossier on transferring personal data outbound.

  (vii)   Drafting a written Agreement on Processing Personal Data.
