Pursuant to Circular 54/2020/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance shall enter into force from June 12, 2020 to end of December 31, 2020:
– Accordingly, organizations and enterprises that are granted a new license, renewed or re-granted operation licenses by Vietnamese competent agencies to send Vietnamese workers to work abroad under contracts shall pay the following fees:
(i) Within the duration from the effective date of this Circular to the end of December 31, 2020, they shall pay the fee equal to 50% of the rates prescribed in Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular No. 259/2016/TT-BTC dated November 11, 2016 (Hereinafter referred to as “Circular No.259/2016”);
(ii) Within the effective period of this Circular, rates of fees for granting permits for sending workers aboard under definite-term contracts which are provided under clause 1 of Article 4 in the Circular No. 259/2016/TT-BTC shall suspended.
(iii) From January 01, 2021 onwards, rates of fees for granting permits for sending workers aboard under definite-term contracts which are provided under clause 1 of Article 4 in the Circular No.259/2016/TT-BTC shall resume.
– When domestic enterprises, organizations and individuals request regulatory authorities to verify documents and papers pertaining to Vietnamese workers working abroad, they must pay fees as follows:
(i) From the effective date of this Circular to end of December 31, 2020, they shall pay 50% of the rates of fees specified in clause 2 of Article 4 in the Circular No.259/2016/TT-BTC;
(ii) Within the effective period of this Circular, rates of fees for verification of documents and papers upon request of domestic organizations and individuals which are provided under clause 3 of Article 4 in the Circular No. 259/2016/TT-BTC shall be suspended;
(iii) From January 1, 2021 onwards, rates of fees for verification of documents and papers upon request of domestic organizations and individuals which are provided under clause 3 of Article 4 in the Circular No. 259/2016/TT-BTC shall resume.
