14/09/2020THE LOWER-THAN-NORMAL RATE OF FEES FOR ASSESSMENT OF CONFORMANCE TO BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS FOR LABOR SAFETY TECHNICAL TESTING ACTIVITIES; OCCUPATION SAFETY AND HYGIENE TRAINING ACTIVITIES
Pursuant to Circular 50/2020/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance shall enter into force from June 01, 2020 to end of December 31, 2020:
– The document prescribes a 30% reduction in the rate of fee for assessment of conformance to business requirements for labor safety technical testing activities; occupation safety and hygiene training activities, by end of 2020 (this means that 70% of the fee prescribed in Article 1 of the Circular No. 110/2017/TT-BTC will be paid), specifically including:
(i) Fee for issue or renewal of certificate of conformance to occupational safety and hygiene training requirements:
- If the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs conducts such assessment, the fee will be decreased from 20,500,000 dong/each to 14,350,000 dong/each;
- If provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs conducts such assessment, the fee will be decreased from 1,200,000 dong/each to 840,000 dong/each;
- Fee for issue and renewal of certificate of conformance to occupational safety testing licensing requirements will drop from 15,000,000 dong/each to 10,500,000 dong/each.
(ii) From January 01, 2021, fees for assessment of conformance to business requirements of occupational safety technical testing service, and occupational safety and hygiene training service will be collected as usual as prescribed in Article 1 of the Circular No. 110.
