Seminar on labor contract – theory and implementation

Human Resource Management always plays a vital role in the survival and growth of each enterprise. Having basic knowledge of labor law, especially on Labor Contract will be the essential and useful tool for enterprises in the process of managing and maintaining the stable workforce for business.

Base upon this demand, on May 08, 2015 Vietnam Human Resources Club (“VNHR”) held a seminar on subject “LABOR CONTRACT – THEORY AND IMPLEMENTATION”, one of a series of seminars on Labor Law related issues in Ho Chi Minh city. At the conference, the Founder of FUJILAW, Lawyer TRAN VAN TRI participated to coordinate the presentation with the representative of PHUOC & PARTNERS.

The main contents of this seminar focused on the signing of Labor Contract, term of Labor Contract, compulsory contents of Labor Contract and termination of Labor Contract. In addition, Lawyers also provide useful advices, tips, and hints relating to probation regimes such as the probation term, probationary salary and termination of a probationary contract. Besides, means of effectively binding employees to their confidentiality obligations through a Labor Contract or another separate contract were also raised to discuss and share at the workshop.
