Pursuant to Circular No. 02/2019/TT-BKHĐT comes into force from March 11, 2019:
Accordingly, all form templates of registration of enterprises and business households enclosed with Circular No. 20/2015/TT- BKHDT shall be replaced by new templates of documents under Circular No.02/2019/TT-BKHDT.
Some typical form templates shall be replaced including:
- Application form for registration of private enterprise registration; one member limited liability company; Multi-member limited liability company; Joint Stock Company; Partnerships; …
- Notice of changing the contents of the business registration; Notice of change of legal representative; Notice of changing seal form …
The form templates shall be consistently used nationwide from March 11, 2019.
