Professional Profile

Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Son, the senior counsel of FUJILAW, the leading expert on Competition Law in Vietnam has over 18 years of experience in both consultancy and legal research.

Dr. Nguyen is currently the Head of Faculty of Law in Ton Duc Thang University. Due to many years of accumulating practical experiences together with lecturing in university, he is the expert of Competition law in particular and business consultancy in general.

Moreover, Dr. Nguyen has given analysis of topical issues, such as anti-dumping, abuses of dominant market position, relevant market and multi-level marketing, for Commerce Research Institute (under Ministry of Commerce of Vietnam) and Competition Administration Department.
