NEW ENTERPRISE REGISTRATION FEE RATES APPLIED FROM 20/9/2019 ONWARDS

According to Circular No. 47/2019/TT-BTC issued on August 05,2019 and coming into effect on September 20, 2019:

– New enterprise registration fee rates are specifically as follows:

• Fee for first-time issuance, re-issuance, changing contents of the Enterprise Registration Certificate is VND50,000/time (currently VND100,000/time);
• Fee for first-time issuance, re-issuance, changing contents of the Operation Registration Certificates of branches, representative offices and business locations of enterprises is 50,000 VND/time (remains as is);
• Instances of online enterprise registrations are exempt from paying enterprise registration fees;
• Fees for providing enterprise information remain as is, except fee for publicly disclosing information of enterprise registrations which is reduced to VND100,000/time (a reduction of VND200,000 compared to current laws).
