According to Decision No. 34/2019/QD-TTg issued by the Prime Minister on December 18, 2019 and coming into effect on February 03, 2020:
– Accordingly, the high-tech agribusiness/production plans and projects must satisfy the following conditions:
- Having clear origins, belonging to the List of high technologies prioritized for development investment;
- Products of the project/plan are compliant with national standards or international standards on product quality;
- Granted a certificate or publicly committed to utilizing a quality management system for the project/plan under TCVN ISO 9001:2015, GAP…;
- Compliance with national environmental standards, regulations.
– Besides, this Decision also adds 20 high technologies to the List of high technologies prioritized for development investment issued with Decision No. 66/2014/QD-TTg dated November 25, 2014, some of which are:
- Mechanized, automated technologies: In exploiting, categorizing forest products of afforestation, in capturing fish; in production, harvest, post-harvest preservation of forest and agriculture products;
- Irradiation technologies, hot vapor processing technologies, hot water processing technologies, cold-drying, freeze-drying, vacuum-drying technologies in production and preservation of agriculture products;
- Bio-technologies for processing wastes and byproducts of agriculture, forest, aquaculture products; processing packaging of agrochemicals after use;
- Intensive farming, integrated crop management (ICM) technologies; technologies for the production of plants, livestock, aquaculture products compliant with food safety; super-intensive aquafarming technologies…
