13/01/2020GOLD-TRADING ENTERPRISES CHANGING THEIR BUSINESS REGISTRATION INFORMATION MUST ADJUST THEIR LICENSES WITHIN 30 DAYS
According to Circular No. 29/2019/TT-NHNN issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on December 27, 2019 and coming into effect on December 02, 2020:
- Accordingly, upon changes in the information of enterprises, credit institutions on the License for trading gold bars, such enterprises, credit institutions must conduct the procedure to adjust its License within 30 days.
- Enterprises, credit institutions send directly or using public postal services 01 dossiers, including: A written request for changes to information of the enterprise, credit institution on the License and an Enterprise Registration Certificate. Within 07 working days from the date of receiving a valid dossier, the State Bank of Vietnam grants a Decision to adjust the License to trade gold bars.
- For enterprises, credit institutions granted the trading gold bars license before February 12, 2020, when changing its names, addresses of business locations, adding locations or terminating activities at the licensed locations without having to carry out the procedures for adjusting the license of trading gold bars.
